Somivio 是一款记录梦境与日常的自我反思与创作工具。你可以写下自己的梦或一段日常，由 AI 帮助你回顾、整理，并生成文字反思、图像、海报、短视频与故事等创意内容。
你需年满 16 周岁（或你所在司法辖区规定的最低年龄）方可使用本服务。若你代表某一组织使用，则你声明已获得相应授权。
你需对账户凭证的保密以及账户下发生的所有活动负责。请提供真实信息并妥善保管密码。如发现未经授权的使用，请及时通知我们。
你同意不利用本服务从事以下行为：
我们有权对违规内容或账户采取限制、暂停或终止等措施。
你记录的梦境与日常文字、以及由此生成的内容，归你所有。为运行与改进服务，你授予我们一项有限的、用于存储、处理、展示这些内容以向你提供服务的许可。本服务本身（软件、界面、商标）的知识产权归我们所有。
本服务依赖第三方提供的云托管、存储、AI 处理与支付等服务。你的输入内容会发送给第三方 AI 服务以生成结果。相关处理详见我们的隐私政策。
本服务按“现状”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务、或因 AI 生成内容而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。
你可随时在应用内自助注销账号。若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。账号终止后，相关数据将按隐私政策处理。
我们可能不时更新本条款，重大变更会在应用内或本页面提示。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
Welcome to Somivio (the “Service”, “we”, “us”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Somivio is a self-reflection and creativity tool for journaling dreams and daily life. You write down your own dream or a moment from your day, and AI helps you revisit and organize it and generate creative output — text reflections, images, posters, short videos, and stories.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and safeguard your password. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate content or accounts that violate these Terms.
The dreams and daily notes you write, and the content generated from them, belong to you. To operate and improve the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content in order to provide the Service to you. The Service itself (software, interface, trademarks) is our intellectual property.
The Service relies on third parties for cloud hosting, storage, AI processing, and payments. The text you enter is sent to third-party AI services to produce results. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or from AI-generated content.
You may delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. After termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be noted in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Somivio は夢や日常を記録するための自己内省・創作ツールです。ご自身の夢や日常の出来事を書き留めると、AI が振り返りや整理を手伝い、テキストの内省・画像・ポスター・ショート動画・物語などの創作コンテンツを生成します。
本サービスの利用には、16歳以上（またはお住まいの地域で定められた最低年齢以上）であることが必要です。組織を代表して利用する場合は、その権限を有することを表明するものとします。
認証情報の機密保持、及びアカウント下で行われるすべての活動について、お客様が責任を負います。正確な情報を提供し、パスワードを適切に管理してください。不正利用に気づいた場合は速やかにご連絡ください。
お客様は、本サービスを用いて以下を行わないことに同意します：
当社は、本規約に違反するコンテンツやアカウントに対し、制限・停止・終了などの措置を取ることがあります。
お客様が記録した夢・日常の文章、及びそこから生成されたコンテンツは、お客様に帰属します。本サービスの運営・改善のため、お客様はこれらのコンテンツを保存・処理・表示する限定的なライセンスを当社に許諾します。本サービス自体（ソフトウェア、インターフェース、商標）の知的財産権は当社に帰属します。
本サービスは、クラウドホスティング・ストレージ・AI 処理・決済について第三者に依拠しています。入力された文章は、結果生成のため第三者の AI サービスに送信されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。適用法令が許す最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用または利用不能、若しくは AI 生成コンテンツに起因する間接的・付随的・結果的損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
アプリ内でいつでもアカウントを削除できます。本規約に違反した場合、当社はアクセスを停止または終了することがあります。終了後のデータはプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
本規約は随時更新されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内または本ページでお知らせします。変更後の継続利用は、変更への同意とみなされます。
